1. Introduction

At Thailandians (a unit of Rolling Edges), we strive to provide a seamless travel experience. This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds for our Thailand tour packages. By booking with us, you agree to the terms listed below.

2. Cancellation by the Traveler

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing via email. The following cancellation charges apply based on the date of notification before the departure date:

  • 30 days or more before departure: The registration amount/booking token is non-refundable.
  • Less than 30 days before departure or No-Show: 100% of the total tour cost is non-refundable.

3. Cancellation of Specific Components

  • Flight Tickets: Refunds for airfare are subject to the specific airline’s cancellation policy. Service fees charged by us are non-refundable.
  • Entrance Tickets & Shows: Tickets for attractions such as Safari World, Simon Cabaret, or Cruise dinners are often non-refundable once issued.

4. Cancellation by the Company

We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances or operational reasons. In such cases, we will offer an alternative tour date or a full refund of the amount paid to us. We are not liable for any additional costs incurred by the traveler, such as visa fees or independent flight bookings.

5. Force Majeure

Thailandians shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations if such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disasters), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, or government-imposed travel restrictions. In these cases, refunds will be subject to what we can recover from our local Thai partners and airlines.

6. Refund Process

  • All eligible refunds will be processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (Bank Account/Credit Card) used at the time of booking.
  • The processing time for refunds is typically 15 to 21 working days after the cancellation is approved.

7. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India.
